If you’re ready to stop trying to “build authority” out there and start digging for it inside yourself, you’ll love the actionable insights you’ll receive each week.
This isn’t yet another newsletter filled with marketing guru-speak. In fact, it’s not about marketing at all (what a relief!). Instead it’s an invitation to define and cultivate the parts of your vision that aren’t numeric.

Geeta Nadkarni’s badminton champion father made up bedtime stories exchange for foot rubs, nurturing her love for imagination and language.
She landed her first paid writing gig at just 12, and what began as fun quickly turned into a fulfilling 20+ year career as a journalist across three continents. Her work has appeared in prestigious outlets like The New York Times, CNN, CBC, Inc.com, Entrepreneur and HuffPo among many others.
After becoming a parent, Geeta dared to go where her doubt led her, leaving the corporate world without a clear plan so she could stay home with her baby. A series of coincidences led to the creation of Baby Got Booked, a DIY PR program boasting a 96% success rate for newcomers to media pitching. She later founded Impact With Influence, empowering coaches to launch high-ticket programs, until Chronic Fatigue Syndrome forced her to reevaluate her path.
Struggling with pain, fatigue and brain fog, Geeta faced doubt and despair, especially after disappointing experiences with health coaches.
Learning to make peace with reality, raise the floor and craft a vision based on contribution rather than achievement saved Geeta’s life. And now, with her health all but restored, she is determined to pay it forward.
